New F350 Power Stroke My F350 power stroke pick-up needed an oil/filter service, had an open recall on the oil block heater plug wiring and developed a check engine warning My F350 power stroke pick-up needed an oil/filter service, had an open recall on the oil block heater plug wiring and developed a check engine warning light. I brought my truck back to Columbia Ford where I purchased years earlier. They are so professional, clean and efficient. A vacuum hose had been cracked and broken causing the check engine light to come on. I was impressed that the service technician had cut a portion of the damaged hose and taped it to the service report so that I could see exactly what had happened. Of course the recall was checked and no issues were indicated and the oil and oil filter were changed also. In order to make my visit less inconvenient, I was able to obtain a loaner car which enabled me to continue my work day without interruption. I highly recommend this dealership and service center to all my friends who are contemplating a new vehicle. More

Terrible Customer Service I bought a used car from them off a recommendation from a family employee. Less than a month into the car the oil light went on , and in turn found ou I bought a used car from them off a recommendation from a family employee. Less than a month into the car the oil light went on , and in turn found out that the car was consuming 1 1/2 qts of oil every thousand miles. they told me that they couldn’t do anything until I got an oil consumption test done with Honda. Once I got that done to confirm that, Honda quoted me $4500 for the job. However, gave me a deal where it was going to be $1000 plus tax for the job. I then told Columbia Ford Kia the results and they told me they wouldn’t do anything (not even partly cover it) for me because of the year of the car after making it seem like they would do something for me the whole time. Once they told me that I called the person who works with customer relations and they never even called me back.I am a college student and to me $1000 is a huge deal, but how much does $1000 really mean to the dealership who makes a ton of money. This just shows that they don’t care about their customers, and also leads me to believe they knew about the issue before even selling me the car. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them. More
