Bad battery cell weekSaturday morning I went out to my truck Saturday morning to go to work and the battery was dead the vehicle only had 7600 miles on it. I called the service department I went out to my truck Saturday morning to go to work and the battery was dead the vehicle only had 7600 miles on it. I called the service department and told them the issue. They did not have anyone on Saturday morning that could check it but they would put me in the queue for the following week. The individual I spoke with explained they were booked to Thursday but if I left they vehicle they would try to slide it in if an opening was available. Monday morning I got a call that the issue was fixed and I could come down at anytime to pick my truck up. I spoke with Joe who was professional and courteous. Thank you for your great service. More
