Wish there was more included with standard oil change servic I’ve use the dealership for service a number of times and continue to be disappointed in the fact that Moore is not included with the standard service I’ve use the dealership for service a number of times and continue to be disappointed in the fact that Moore is not included with the standard service such as an oil change. I know that if I go to any of the quick oil change facilities my windows will be washed in my car will be vacuumed and it’s such a nice touch It makes it feel like you’re getting a good value. I have mentioned this to the service department a number of times and yet it does not seem to be something that they are interested in pursuing even though it would take minimal effort to add those little touches to their service process. Damage to wiring harness in engine compartment form mice I was originally given an estimate for the repair to the wiring harness but then told that it would be more expensive because the technician had to ch I was originally given an estimate for the repair to the wiring harness but then told that it would be more expensive because the technician had to check wires back to the dash or component. For another $200 plus a day without my truck, I found out the brake lights are on all the time. I expected that the truck would have been checked after additional time spent on it. Now I have to wait for a "service time" opening to bring my truck in again. Not happy costumer. More
