Good morning Trainman729! I just reviewed your negative review of our dealership and just wanted to inform you that we do not control the offers from the manufacturer, we are being provided the incentives and promotions as they are published to the public. I can understand your frustration with the credit process as it relates to rebates and incentives, although ALL manufacturers that offer 0% will make that promotional APR in LIEU of all or most of the rebate cash that is available. The reason for that is because they money they are loaning you at 0% costs them in the end because they borrow from their lenders at a prime rate. At the amount of money you borrowed for 60 months, it likely costs Kia over $2000 to support that loan amount, so the rate needs to be bought down with cash, i.e the rebate incentive that is offered to customers that do not elect/qualify for the 0% APR. In terms of acquiring the credit, it is the obligation and law, See Fair Lending Practices (Truth in Lending) for an explanation as to why credit needs to be run and "hard inquiries" are required by law to lend money, this is not something we control, but we do practice the PROPER way to supply credit to all of our customers, fairly. I hope you can understand that the "little dealer" does not control these programs or laws, we just provide the experience in acquiring the products, and I think we do a great job. (We do not hold stock in KIA nor Kia Motor Finance) therefore, the beautiful dealership we have is a result of providing EXCELLENT customer service for nearly 30 years. I hope this all clears this up for you!
