Bob- thank you for your candid review. You told me over the phone that I should change my genes because you are disgusted with how we operate. You stated it is because we have comfortable leather recliners, because we have a Diner in the dealership, because we are expanding our reach with new dealerships and because a manager and you had an argument 20 years ago due to your son having been reported (by another civilian who called concerned) to us for beating on a new Ford Ranger we had here for sale during a test drive. You could not take a man questioning you about something that was reported to him from another concerned citizen so now you are on a 20 year quest to badmouth our dedicated staff, our executive leadership and our owner. We simply request that you do not come back. It is ok, we can move on, we simply ask that you move on. You said that you hope I get to change my genes to rid my relationship with my family. I am sure people will see through your 1 star review. I find it serendipitous that you do not want to come back, we don't want you back! We are a 15 time President's Award Winning dealership, we have supported HUNDREDS of local charities and fundraising functions, we sponsor tons of local activities, we have a non profit 5013C non-profit organization that has given back HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of dollars to local families in need. We have OVER 4000 glowing reviews about us, our family and our extended dealership family. I will defend them against off-based, colorless opinions that you have while searching each and every day to find ways to make our facility and team as capable, knowledgeable and accommodating to each and every customer that walks through our doors, rings our phone or lights up our email inbox.
