I came in for my last complimentary oil change and mentioned I had a shake braking on deceleration and braking. I few hours later I got a call from Jose saying all four of my brake rotors were warped. mentioned I had a shake braking on deceleration and braking. I few hours later I got a call from Jose saying all four of my brake rotors were warped. As an engineer and a home mechanic I was a little Suspicious that all four rotors were warped (rotors rarely warp) and I took the truck home and decided to put it on my lift. My wheels were not rotated as they had been in the past and it appeared that the wheels were not even removed to do a brake inspection and rotor runout check. When I got my truck on my lift and checked them with my dial indicator all the rotors were true. There was some brake material built up on one rotor and I cleaned it up with a air tool and a scotch Brite disc. I took the truck out and the problem is gone. I bothers me It was suggested I replace all my rotors and pads when an inspection never seemed to be done. I really have to question the diagnosis and the repair estimate. Ive been wrenching on cars and trucks for over 30 years and wasn’t born yesterday. Next time when you estimate a repair you should actually pull the wheels and insect the brakes before telling someone they need all the rotors and pads replaced on a truck with 25,000 miles. I’ll be doing my own oil changes and service from now on. You have lost my trust. More

My family has done a lot of business over 30 years with Columbia, this experience is graded purely on Jimmie alone, not the dealership. This purchase is a need for my family, not a want, I did all the work for him, knew how much I had to buy out for my car, knew the model I wanted to buy, they just had to get me a good monthly payment. For being a sales manager, I'm highly disappointed in Jimmies professionalism, and willingness to listen to a customer for a promised sale. More
Had to send truck back for warranty repair only after 5000 miles. Asked that the backup alarm be repaired as well since it stopped working after 2 weeks. Was told that this truck did not have the backu 5000 miles. Asked that the backup alarm be repaired as well since it stopped working after 2 weeks. Was told that this truck did not have the backup installed .Just didn't think they wanted to be bothered. Will have repaired under warranty on the next visit that is an hour away. And yes this alarm is installed and was functioning. More

After leasing a Telluride from you last spring (with glitches in process) we returned to purchase a pre-owned Optima two weeks ago. Felt pressured to purchase a vehicle of higher value in order yo alleviate inconvenience of situation, as we needed a car to drive! Was not what we walked into dealership for two weeks ago. Sadly, while staff was polite and professional, it would be hard for us to recommend dealership to friends/family due to both experiences. More
