WARNING: make sure you buy EXACTLY what you want at this place. Because the moment you buy your car, is the moment you no longer matter to this company. Truly that wouldn’t be a big deal to me except for the fact that I still haven’t had a call returned to me to this day after asking for one six plus times, explaining anything, anything that’s going on. Now I must say, Doug Haskins is a wonderful human being and a great salesman. This is not on you Doug. Thank you for taking my call when the service department wouldn’t and promising that someone would call me back. Unfortunately they don’t seem to care who requests communication. After being informed today that they not only had horrible communication but that they have also ordered the wrong parts…It will now take another 2 to 4 months to make good on the “you owe we owe” situation. When asked if they wouldn’t mind giving me a free service/oil change for the lack of any communication or efficiency in their service/ordering parts I was told “no, because they are cosmetic parts”…I referenced integrity and customer service quality and was told that “no that didn’t matter as well.” If this seems like a huge request…they have their own shop and service department attached to the dealership. I had high hopes for this dealership because of Doug and their buyer rep and have referred people there already, unfortunately it seems they are just another slimeydealership where you only matter until they get paid. Total bummer. When you buy a car like a BMW (and have never had a nice vehicle) you’re hoping to be really proud to drive it, not embarrassed because pieces are missing on the front of the car. Small thing maybe, but it has all added up to an underwhelming experience. More
