Terrible customer service, felt rushed, sales man Eric was not focused. Had my car appraised for a trade in, (I was looking at a used 2013 car) he came back with a not so good offer. I asked if there was was not focused. Had my car appraised for a trade in, (I was looking at a used 2013 car) he came back with a not so good offer. I asked if there was any wiggle room on the car he talked to his “manager” who said he would only go down $500 as he already lowered the car price a month ago.. so I said okay I understand, I couldn’t roll over that much negative equity he never ONCE asked if I had any type of down payment or interested in a different car or even what I’m looking for in general! Eric simply said yeah you don’t want to roll that much over.. handed me my keys and said have a good evening.. Worst feeling and experience I have ever experienced while shopping for a car. More
