I walked into the dealership and walked out a short time later with exactly the car I was looking for. Mind you - they had to get it delivered from a different dealership, but I had something very specific later with exactly the car I was looking for. There was a slight 'mix-up' (for lack of a better word) with the registration and mailing to us, but upon talking with them it was quickly rectified and the registration did end up comming in on time (if on the last of the 7 day window). Also the radio had a slight glitch with the volume (it was very picky about working) and Devin went above and beyond to get a new face on the radio to solve that after we already decided on getting the car. Colonial Volkswagen will be the first place we stop by next time we are in the market for a car. More

Also very willing to get a car in from one of their sister dealerships and bring it to us so we did not have to drive all ov weren't. It was limited!
