I did not buy my first VW from Colonial, but I did have my vehicle serviced there regularly. I did not really have any intention of buying that day, but the salesman Bobby found a way to put me into a new car. Impressively, he had it prepped and ready for delivery that same evening. I feel like I paid a fair price for the vehicle. I normally beat-up car dealers over price, and I never buy at the beginning of a new model year. I may have been able to get a marginally lower price had I waited or shopped around, but the positive relationship Colonial has built with me through the service and now sales departments, made me want to dispense with the effort and sign the paperwork. Follow-up with Bobby has been great. The folks at Colonial of Westborough are top notch, I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. More
Bobby was a very good sales consultant. He answered the questions and I felt he knew exactly what he was talking about. I had to have the inspection sticker done in order to travel to Canade the next day s questions and I felt he knew exactly what he was talking about. This was a great car buying experience. Saw the ad in the paper, called and confirmed they still had the one listed in stock. I initially went to another dealer because my wife and I were in the market for 2 SUVs. We both wanted the Tiguan and both had over 6 months left on our leases. The first dealer (NOT Colonial) advised me were in the market for 2 SUVs. We both wanted the Tiguan and both had over 6 months left on our leases. The first dealer (NOT Colonial) advised me that the vehicle I wanted could not be found. Moreover, the deal they offered was not acceptable. I kind of felt they could do more with TWO potential sales. I walked out. I then submitted a random request to other dealers and was contacted ASAP by Jamie Rodriguez. He was extremely friendly and low pressure. I explained my situation and he found the Tiguan I wanted in less than an hour. I know buying a car can be a game and the buyer wants the best deal...dealers want to make a profit. That's fine. All I ask is that the salesperson be honest and not try to up-sell me on everything. Jamie Rodriguez was the best salesperson I worked with on all of my cars. No pressure. Always available to take my call. He got me the best deal and when I asked for even more, he was honest about not being able to do it. I respect that because even I knew I might have been asking for a little too much in my particular situation. Overall, everyone at the dealership was excellent and very nice. Jamie and I worked on a second deal and he got my wife into a new Tiguan for exactly what she wanted to pay. My wife has more patience than me and was willing to walk. However, Jamie/Colonial made it work. We are now both driving the vehicles we want (need actually). We moved and needed better winter vehicles. Colonial made this possible after we accepted that we would be stuck in our old vehicles because of the terrible deal offered by the first dealer. Thank you Colonial. Thank you Jamie. When we first went to Colonial, we were very impressed with the friendliness and price. We ended up working with Jamie Rodriguez toward getting a vehicle. He was very friendly. After the deal was done, however, he became less interested in things that required follow-up but which were part of the deal. There were a number of small things that he agreed to have taken care of during the time the sale was being made. When we came back to him to address those items with him, he acted in a belittling manner and said he had done enough for us. He also said we were being too picky. My wife and I were shocked. We addressed these issues with the General Manager (Mark), who was much more courteous and took care the agreed-upon parts of the deal right away. So -- in short I would not recommend Colonial only because of the way we were treated by Jamie. If we had worked with a different salesperson then maybe our experience would have been different. More

Recently, I came in with a leaking flex-pipe attached to my catalyt been using Colonial VW for our service and maintenance for the last few years. Recently, I came in with a leaking flex-pipe attached to my catalytic converter (on our 2003 Golf) and was expecting a rather costly repair. Well, upon accessing the situation, Adam said he'd get it taken care of and under warranty. And not only did he do that, but had the car ready within a few hours (even though I did not have an appointment for the repair). Thanks to Adam & Colonial VW for quality Service... John More

I was looking around the worcester area for the best car dealership to deal with. I decided to go check out this dealer ship and meet Jamie Rodriguez. I could have not asked for anything more from Jamie bec dealership to deal with. I decided to go check out this dealer ship and meet Jamie Rodriguez. I could have not asked for anything more from Jamie because he dealt with me the way I could really only be dealt with. That way was by email and he put in a lot of hard work to get this deal done. I've had problems with other dealers because they don't seem to care about what your looking for cause they just want to make a sale. Jamie did everything in his power to make sure I did get the best deal and the best service I required. The way I deal with this is if i do not get a good vibe at a place I would never go to that place again. But I will continue to use Colonial VM because of the service that Jamie provided to me and not only was he a great guy to deal with but I feel he is now my friend and will help me when I have a problem. One thing that I do not is the best thing for VW is not against Jamie or the Dealership but Against VW. The guy that called me that worked for VM i believe he was calling for Oregon because of the area code is the time that they call. When I get a phone call late at night I do not want to be on the phone talking about grades for the guy that helped me out with the car and the dealership. I just want to get off the phone and relax because i just got home from work. I think that the company should think about how they do call me and what time is the best time. All and All Jamie was the best person i have ever dealt with in buying a car. I will continue to go to this dealership and will also send people i know there for One reason and only one reason and that is Jamie Rodriguez. Thanks Jamie for all your help. More
I had a great first time experience with Colonial Volkswagen. I was a repeat customer with Patrick Motors and have leased 3 Volkswagen from 1999-2008 with them. I had stopped in to look at the new Volkswagen. I was a repeat customer with Patrick Motors and have leased 3 Volkswagen from 1999-2008 with them. I had stopped in to look at the new Tiguan at Colonial after looking at one at Patrick. Although there were no incentives on the 2009 Tiguan that met my budget, Jamie jumped in and provided valuable information on the Jetta Wolfsburg, which definitely met my budget. I was not looking to lease again and wanted to purchase but at reasonable price. He got me into the Jetta at the right price and I absolutely love the car. He was available for any questions that I had, as I was not familiar with the purchasing process and came through on time when I wanted to pick up the car. The finance manager was also terrific and very efficient in getting the process done quickly. I will be bringing my car in for my first service on 11/29 and am looking forward to more of the same great service. Overall my experience there was wonderful and I look forward to bringing them additional business in the future. More
