Colonial Volkswagon was one of the few dealers around me that actually had an automatic diesel in inventory which is why I went to them. The other thing I really liked about Colonial is how fast they had me in my new car. They had it registered and insured faster than any other dealer I have ever dealt with. I felt that Pierre spent extra time with me, so that I understood my various options. I researched the price of the Passat on line and felt I knew what a fair price was. After I decided which car I wanted, I told Pierre what I thought a fair price for the new car and my trade in value. Pierre sold me the car for the price I wanted and give me the trade in value I thought was fair. I would highly recommend Pierre. After the sales I dealt with Kathryn Gear. She was helpful explaining the various options that were available with the new car. My wife and I for the last four years have both driven Volkswagens.
