This was truly an exceptional and seamless transaction. Brought the car to Colonial... Frank dealt with my warranty.... he offered me a very nice loaner car.... texted the next morning to pick up.... Brought our Passat in to be serviced and discovered that the transmission was shot and they ordered a new one, but after installing it and test driving, it was determined that the transmission had issues, s the transmission was shot and they ordered a new one, but after installing it and test driving, it was determined that the transmission had issues, so another tranny was installed. Dan in service was, as usual, really great at keeping us updated and it was really great to see the attention to detail and patience that the repair people have for their cars. Dan is just a great guy , he couldn't of been more informative and professional, the work done is great, the car drives like new. Sales is looking for a used Jetta for my 19 yr. old daughter, my wife will be buying a new Atlas in a few weeks and we would never go to any other dealership. I've been buying cars for a long time and the service and courtesy of everyone I've met at Colonial is really impressive.
