Frank, Thanks for your thanks. Your service website remains not as good as the rest of your organization. A latest example, I tried to shift service appointment, but was offered only 7:30 on all future days. Had to call Rusty to switch to later. Checked now, and still only 7:30 offered each day. And, service last Wednesday still shows needed (not completed). Darryl
