I went to Colonial Toyota to look at new cars, I was just looking at the cars on the lot and i was interested in the Camry. A very nice woman came out and asked if i needed help and got me a sales person rig looking at the cars on the lot and i was interested in the Camry. A very nice woman came out and asked if i needed help and got me a sales person right away. I test drove 2 cars and then went inside and talked about pricing. They had good prices and their service was excellent. I took a card from the sales person and thanked him for his time. The next day, I came back and bought the car. They treated me very well and was helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
NEVER EXPECTED THE QUALITY OF SALESMANSHIP I ENCOUNTERED AT COLONIAL OF MILFORD. HAVING WORKED RIGHT UP THE STREET FROM THIS LOCATION THEY SURE HAVE CHANGED FROM THE OLD DAYS. I bought my Solara in 2007 from Mr. Harris who sugested the Toyota extended warranty which I did not want but he said I would thank him for it someday. Well that day came when the window motor broke with m the Toyota extended warranty which I did not want but he said I would thank him for it someday. Well that day came when the window motor broke with my driver side window stuck down. The service departmant was great. They got my car in quickly, and to my suprise this repair was over $800 which I then found out was covered in full by the warranty. Thank you to Mr. John Harris and also the service department. I bought a Solara and my wife bought a Scion, both from Colonial Toyota and could not be happier with this dealership. More

Ms Amanda Sager was the first person that I addressed my concerns with and she should be recognized for all the above mentioned as she is a true asset to Colonial Toyota. Mr. R. Crabtree followed up with his service manager Mr. J. Raffone and my concerns were resolved efficiently. In todays world where courtesy is very limited I would have to say that they are an exception. I will certainly continue to recommend Colonial Toyota to family as well as friends. Wishing Ms Amanda Sager, Mr. R. Crabtree,Mr. J. I had a superior experience at Colonial toyota recently, I purchased a used 2010 camry. My credit is a little shaky but Colonial was able to work everything out. It’s a nice store that has good selection, I bought my last two cars from here an never had a problem. The people are professional, with the occasional Saturday noise, but most importantly they also had a last two cars from here an never had a problem. I brought a new car from this dealer and the price which thy promised me never reflected on my aggrement and when signing the paper they are pushing me too much and I trusted them and signed the paper. But when I returned home then I saw the paper saying more when I returned to the dealership they said once the deal is done its final they can not change it. I also deposited $2000 as down payment and when I asked for refund they promised me to refund, but has not refunded it. I put a mail to toyota customer care when they contacted the local dealer thye refused to pay my refund back. What should I do now??. More

This gave me the impression they were very transparent about things. He didn't have all the necessary brochures, as they ran out - for that reason, he mailed me one, and called me just to make sure I received it. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership. There is a dealership closer to my home, but I like Colonial Toyota. I may go the extra miles anyway. On the whole, I felt like a received a fair price and one where we did not have to haggle. I knew my "stuff" and they knew theirs. My only disappointment was that Toyota did not provide me with a fair offer on my trade-in. Part of buying a car is often being able to trade in your old one. Toyota's offer to me was below blue book, after some research on how much it would cost to fix my car up - I reluctantly agreed and am now a proud owner of the 2010 Camry, overall was an excellent experience. Chris was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, or try and get me to spend money on things I did not need because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Prius as a "manager's special," so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Chris helped me understand some features that I was not clear on. Overall experience was good and quick. More
