My first new car buying experience. I went to several other dealerships looking for a reasonably-priced used car, but was disappointed, both in the prices and the attitudes. I had seen a new car I really wanted on the Colonial Toyota website, but doubted very much the payment would be within my budget. I stopped at Colonial Toyota fully expecting to be disappointed once again. I wasn't counting on someone like Frank Pratts. He spent the morning with my 10-year-old daughter and I, looking for cars I would be able to afford, but I just couldn't get the new Toyota Yaris out of my head. So, we test drove it and I knew I had to have it! Frank worked all afternoon to get me the right loan, got me a good price for my trade-in, he bought us lunch, he kept us entertained while we waited.
