James was professional, and respectful in dealing with me. He worked with me to help me come to terms of the lease that I could afford. I have leased Toyota Corollas since 1993, I have always been treated in a professional manner. The difference with this last lease was James. He processed the whole sale with a minimum of fuss, no nonsense, just business and get the best deal for me the customer. Thank you, James More
