Ultimately, I ended up buying something different than what I planned, but I do not regret the choice - Jose took the time to explain the differences in the models I was choosing, how the financing would impact the bottom line, and was super patient while I tried to decide. financing was a breeze - this is my 3rd TMCC loan, so I do think that helps to have a history. my only criticism is the length of time I had to wait for the registration to be completed - - but it WAS a busy Saturday, so it was to be expected. They even took care of my old plates & cancelled the registration for me! Overall, I highly recommend Colonial - not only do they provide a pleasant buying experience, but their service department is top notch . I had always shied away from getting service done at the dealer , but I find their prices to be fair, the wait time reasonable and, even on the rare occasion when I was "that"customer, they have always gone above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Being the largest dealership in CT, their pricing can't be beat. No other dealership could match their offers. b. Showroom is immaculate and customer friendly. c. NO high pressure tactics, which is a rarity in this business. They do not browbeat you or try to upsell you things you don't need. d. Friendly and courteous. e. Responsive. When they say they will email or call you back at a certain time, they live up to their promise. Overall, my experience with this dealership is nothing short of outstanding and I will continue to do business with them every time my Toyota lease comes up for renewal. Norm p.s. Our sales rep, Nick Shala, was courteous, pleasant, diligent, responsive and, most importantly, completely transparent with my wife and I throughout the entire transaction. When it comes time to dishing out salary increases and bonuses, I sure hope that management takes care of him financially and recognizes his level of contribution toward building and maintaining customer loyalty.
