I knew what I was looking for and called Colonial about a vehicle they had for sale. Prior to my visit to Colonial I was contacted by Lizbeth in response to my query and worked with her throughout the proces vehicle they had for sale. She did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle. She answered a lot of my questions and guided me through the process of purchasing the vehicle once I made my decision. Her manager also met with us. He was very nice. I had hoped he would have given me more of a break on the price but he did lower it $500.00 less. The financer, I think Dave, was also very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Overall, Lizbeth was the person I had the most contact with. She told me she had just started her position. Colonial is fortunate to have her as a sales person. Her warmth, helpfulness, and repour won me over. I have bought other cars in the past at other companies and it was always stressful. Not this time. It was a pleasure working with all of the staff at Colonial, especially Lizbeth, She is a jewel.
