Sales department is friendly and we'll attended, but fast to turn you away to the sales rep working with you at the sign of any concerns. Still took the car but, all 3 times the service department, couldnt even handle a cleaning job, I'm assuming detailing has gotten major cuts, (no excuses for selling defective and poor goods) a cover for the center console is missing, they didn't even showed no empaty to correct this. Now Toyota, did a horrible disservice with the interactive console. Their was no reason to create a poorly ran program that has a hard time processing, it's disappointing to see this from a car giant, steering wheel shakes at higher MPH, the car cruise on 2rpm constantly, and it goes up to 5-9rmp to speed up, last time it was in to correct the concern it got 2 new tires.(more like a bandage) I'll be second owner at 30,000 miles to get new tires, how bad was this car abused I wonder, and bought it for full price next to a brand new one, to be forsaken, this delear ship has no concern for the automotive industry, might as well be a lemon, I would post pictures but it won't let me Best regards More
