Eric Hernandez in sales told me they had a particular car and color in stock. He then said "I will hide it for you". As I was driving the 45 minutes there, I get a text asking "how set are you on the c and color in stock. He then said "I will hide it for you". As I was driving the 45 minutes there, I get a text asking "how set are you on the color?" I asked "Please tell me if you have the color so I don't waste my time" No response. I respond "The color is very important, and is the only reason I'm driving down there" again, no response. When I get there he makes me wait another 30 minutes while he finishes up with another customer. As I'm waiting I walk around the entire place, look all over and in every area, I don't see the car Finally he has someone else come over and say "I'm sorry, that color sold 5 minutes ago, can I show you other colors?" TLDR: Eric Hernandez told me they had a particular car, wasted a total of 2 hours,, was told the car was just sold. 0/10 Slimy sales person. More
