I did not feel pressured to make a decision on the spot, and, a week later, after shopping other brands as well as other Subaru dealerships in the area, I knew Colonial Subaru was the place for me to get my next Subaru. Corresponded easily via texted photos of requested docs, even after business hours. Everyone at Colonial was very accommodating - even with the month end closing, financial officer Nick was great & easy to understand. All the paperwork was in place when we arrived, we picked up the car next day. Easy peasy. Stayed well within my budget. What more could you want? Will definitely use them again. More
