Professional, patient and acommodating I recently purchased a used car that was sold "as is". I discovered a few small issues after driving off the lot and when I called about them the dea I recently purchased a used car that was sold "as is". I discovered a few small issues after driving off the lot and when I called about them the dealership took care of them at no charge to me. For one issue I had to leave the car for the day and they gave me a complementary loaner car to use. My sales person was completely accommodating to my requests and made the sales process painless and without any issues. More

absolutely recommend Angie at Subaru - awesom I was in an accident and needed a new car quickly. However, I was still picky about the car having a manual transmission. These are hart to come by. I was still very traumatized from my accident. She was extraordinarily kind. Listened while I babbled. She found the perfect car but it was at another Subaru very far away. She made arrangements for the car to be delivered quickly. Made all the arrangements with my insurance company and license plates and probably a bunch of things I do not even know about. She continues to be available for me to ask questions about the car (yes I am sure all the answers are in the paperwork) and answers them with complete knowledge and patience. Erwin who helped with the financial was organized and patient. The entire process was extremely quick. He too had to listen to some babbling and did so with kindness and patience. I live about 45 minutes from this Subaru. Absolutely worth going out of my way to purchase the car from Angie. No reservations in recommending Subaru or Angie. She is truly a great and compassionate sales person. This is the 5th car I have purchased in my life and the easiest process by far. If you are interested in a reliable car and expect and want to be treated exceptionally well, visit Subaru and ask for Angie. I hope to have this car for a very long time.
