No one came close to Colonial Subaru in terms of inventory and choice. This in and of itself is a reason one should start their search at Colonial. However, this was not the highlight of my experience at Colonial nor is it the reason I why go back. The reason why I give Colonial five stars is due to customer service and in particular the customer service from Drew Furtado. Drew was the consummate professional. Knowledgeable and courteous. he made the buy experience seamless. In particular, the follow up customer service was extraordinary.
