Direct, to the point, efficient and professional I am not a "car person" at all. I love the reliability, pricing of the Outbacks as well as being able to lower the back seats for hauling stuff. I've recently visited a few dealerships looking for an SUV and finally decided on a CPO Subaru Forester when my boyfriend stumbled upon Colonial (abou I've recently visited a few dealerships looking for an SUV and finally decided on a CPO Subaru Forester when my boyfriend stumbled upon Colonial (about the time that I gave up thinking I'd find an honest dealership). We had the pleasure of working with April Z.. April helped us before we even got to the dealership. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, even on her days off. She helped us trough the hiccups in paperwork between us and my credit union and worked hard to make sure I'd drive off the lot happy and without worry. She also made it a seamless transition when it was time to work with Jimmy for closing. We visited the dealership twice- once for the initial test drive and again for the pick-up and closing. We actually felt good about visiting this location. We weren't uneasy or hesitant as we were with other dealerships. We didn't feel like anyone was trying to upsell us or back us into a corner. April (and Jimmy) is truly the most transparent dealer i've spoken with during my car hunt and I'd be happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. More
