Used car purchase I call Colonial and was assisted by April. April answered all my questions o the phone and was happy to schedule a test drive. When I arrived to test drive April was with another customer but made a point to come over give me keys and explained she would be with me as soon as she could, she knew we had and other test drive scheduled at another dealer.Car was great . We went to test drive other cars and decided to call April, on her cell phone after hours to let her know we wanted the car. Not only did she answer her phone but managed to deliver the car in less than 2 days with the NY inspection. April is now our families go to in the the future. More

Last year I purchased Outback from you and have very much enjoyed it. I recently needed to get a few parts installed and do my first maintenance. Christer Cambriello patiently took the time to help me find the parts that I needed. He was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant to work with, politely answering my many questions without making me feel inexperienced. He also was willing to stay late to accommodate my schedule, since I have a long commute from the city. While I was checking out, Christer Cambriello took the time to go over my bill and found a small mistake, which he made sure was fixed and that I was happy with price and service. The service manager, Art Azzarito, fixed the issue on the bill in my favor and actually called me the next morning to make sure everything was resolved and I was satisfied. Colonial Subaru employees really seems to care about customers and treat every person with respect. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone I encountered used "please" and "thank you" in e-mails, over the phone, and in face-to-face conversations. I’ve had my others Subaru serviced at many dealerships in the tri-state area over the last 20+ years, and I’ve never had a reason to write a positive review, until now. There is another Subaru dealership within 10 miles but we never even consider going there. The General Manager George Samaha runs a friendly, efficient, and thoroughly well run dealership. His oversight of all the aspects of the sales and maintenance of your Subaru gives a sense of confidence for the owner. John Lazzari, my salesman, was just the best. He explained all of the options, pros and cons of the different models and showed the depth of his knowledge about the cars he sells. No hard pressure sales here. You are given information and you decide what's best for you. That's how I like to buy a car!! I took advantage of the 0% financing and Jim Meehan was friendly and thorough going through the paperwork. Very simple and fast. Thank you Colonial Subaru for , again, making the process so easy. Terrible I bought a 07 Subaru wrx in may of 2016. The car is falling apart now, it hasn't even been a year of owning it. I over paid big time, that's my own fa I bought a 07 Subaru wrx in may of 2016. The car is falling apart now, it hasn't even been a year of owning it. I over paid big time, that's my own fault though. In less than a year, I've had to replace the clutch that was slipping a few days after I bought the car, replace the driver side front axle, replace oil cooler which was over 500 dollars, due to an oil leak. So yeah I can say I'll never ever recommend colonial Subaru to anyone & I also will never buy another car from here again. More
