I called multiple times to get updates. I was told there were many call outs and my advisor was sick. They gave me misinformation for 2 days. Was then told another part had to be ordered an I was told there were many call outs and my advisor was sick. They gave me misinformation for 2 days. Was then told another part had to be ordered and then it was a 5 day delay. Then Saturday the car was complete - less than 5 days and they called the wrong number. I called again Monday for an update and then the car was ready. It was frustrating to be honest. $1500 job and wasn't expecting that when I was told it was a recall issue. More

Came in for routine scheduled service. Made an appointment online through their website which quoted a reasonable price. However when I showed up the price they quoted me in person was abo Made an appointment online through their website which quoted a reasonable price. However when I showed up the price they quoted me in person was about 5X the price on the website. They had no explanation, simply said the prices on the website are outdated. Oil change, tire rotation, air filter etc costing $500? Rip off. Jiffy lube it is next time. More
