He was beyond helpful and extremely patient during the process. It was a very big decision for me and I never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership. Great experience of purchasing first car for a first driver. The sales person, Maged Armanious, was great right from the first minute. We went to a few dealers in the area after the visit to Colonial Nissan of Medford and we came back and ended up buying a Honda CR-V from him. I trusted Maged and I was confident with my decision buying the car for my 20-year old daughter, a first time driver. Safety and reliability were my first priority and I believed Maged recomemnded a good one. The process from the first look at the first car to the closing to the driving the car home was very good. Maged never put pressure on my family. He genuinely wanted the best car for us. We appreciated his honesty and patience. We absolutely recommend this company and Maged Armanious in particular. I would look for Maged first. The Finance guru, Mike Kilbride, was great too. He is very friendly and very clear when he explained the different options of extended warranty. Bad experience! He lied about the condition of the car. I did not check all the details on the car and when I got home find out that the passenger door is scratched ( He lied about the condition of the car. I did not check all the details on the car and when I got home find out that the passenger door is scratched (the inside) the rubber door is broken. He did not tell me about. Also the back up cámara is no working. Show a video that how the cámara is not working to the service department and they still not fixing it. (I come back 3 times for the same problems and is not solution yet). Then when I when back to the dealer and explain the situation he denied the problems and when I called him, he never returned my calls! No professional/no an honest person More
