I purchase my CRV at Colonial Honda, the process was so bad that the manger gave me 2 free oil changes. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. After driving the car for 5 miles, the tire bad that the manger gave me 2 free oil changes. I took my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. After driving the car for 5 miles, the tire pressure working light went on, I put air in the tires, a day later I contacted the dealership, the parts manager said that I may have a nail in the tire (?) really? I count not believe his response as they did not check the tire pressure after rotating the tires. If I had a nail, it would not likely had happen to all 4 tires. Overall, avoid this dealership, do not buy or get your Honda at this dealership, they just don’t care for their customers. More

Bad customer service! Ordered parts online. No order updates after 2 weeks so I submitted inquiries through the website and by email but received no response. I called twice and was told the parts were in and would ship out today or tomorrow. I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for a while. Then the same guy (not the manager) told me the parts would not be in until next week. He said the manager was in a meeting so I asked for a refund and for the manager to call me back. The manger never returned my call. I won’t be doing business with this dealership again. More
Excellent Service! My 2019 CR-V was due for a 15k mile maintenance and I know those take a few hours. I called and explained to Jeff in the service department that I am pregnant and I'm not supposed to be exposed to people like sitting in the waiting room due to COVID-19, but i really wanted and needed to get my car serviced. He told me not to worry, to take care of myself and my baby. They came and picked my car up for me, serviced it, and brought it back when it was done and i just paid over the phone. I am extremely grateful! This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and I would definitely recommend using them to my friends and family in the future! More

He made sure everything that needed to be checked/filled was good, washed my car, and applied a coupon. Afterwards, I realized I had another coupon that expired and he took that coupon as well, saving me $35 off my oil change/inspection/wheel alignment. He was very easy to work with. More
LIARS Bought my Certified Honda from Colonial Honda and in a few months the starter was grinding every once in a while. They told me that there was nothing they could do until it did it for them and that the starter would be covered under the drive train warranty. I did not worry about it and figured I would bring it back when it got worse. Months later, it did get worse, so I brought it back again. This time, they told me I needed a new starter and it was NOT covered under the drive train warranty. I said I was not happy because they told me it would be covered. The service manager said "you being unhappy does not extend your bumper to bumper warranty". RUDE. I am selling the car and going back to a Toyota product. More
Horrible service experience I'd been coming to this dealer to have my cars serviced for 6 years. I had a 2012 civic and currently have a 2011 crv. Brought it in for oil change, t I'd been coming to this dealer to have my cars serviced for 6 years. I had a 2012 civic and currently have a 2011 crv. Brought it in for oil change, tire rotation and any other suggested services. Left two hours later and the car was now shimmying at /over 60mph and when it brakes. Bring it back. The tires weren't balanced, only rotated. The customer has to ask for the tires to be balanced. First time I've ever heard of that. They balance the tires. I'm told the mechanic drove it and it's fine. I leave. Its still shimmying when it brakes. Back now for a third time in the same day. The rotors need to be addressed. Which wasn't done when the tires were rotated or the brakes inspected earlier. Despite knowing that dealerships charge more for service, I had been loyal to this place for 6years. I lost faith in their ability to do good, safe work on my car today and will not purchase from them again. More
