Wouldn't service our Honda that was having an issue with a part that was replaced under a recall less than a year ago. Stated we had to bring it back to the servicing dealership. Contacted that dealer and t a part that was replaced under a recall less than a year ago. Stated we had to bring it back to the servicing dealership. Contacted that dealer and they said there was absolutely no reason they shouldn't have taken it in for service. I will never do business with Colonial again. Basically, they didn't want to be bothered. More

Average experience. Came in for an inspection for a new car. Luke warm reception at the first desk, then the second desk sent me back to the first desk. I purchased my Honda Civic back in 2017, and Waleed was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Since then, I’ve continued to bring my car in for oil changes and service. Patricia is my family’s service advisor when we bring our vehicle in for service. I just had some major work done and she was awesome! She is very pleasant and very helpful.
