I just purchased a new fusion energy from Don Bashak. I'm pretty sure that I'm the most annoying customer he has, but he has been extremely patient and helped with all my issues in buying the new car. Joe was also extremely helpful and patient in going over some of my particular needs and financing questions. After buying the car he has been concerned that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. He pointed out a scratch on the vehicle and said not to worry that they would have it taken care of. He was very helpful in setting up an appointment right away and has always followed through on all of my concerns. The scratch has been repaired and I am loving my new Fusion Energi. When my lease is up I will be doing business with him again. More

I am from the Albany, NY area. I was looking for a particular car and looked local first. Couldn't find a C-max Energi with no options in a particular color combinations. I found the car I wanted on Ford's inventory website. It was located at Colonial. I called the phone number. We worked on the numbers and agreed it wasn't the right time. Incentives increased and the car was within my budget so I agreed to lease the car. Pat worked out everything and took care of it all. Even though he was 2 hours away and in a different state, it was like he was a local dealer. The only difference was it took me 2 hours to go pick up the car.
