My Escape was serviced promptly for oil change, 4 new tires & a few other things. Anthony called and let me know the car was done. He mentioned a bulb also was needed to complete my inspection. Dealer has not responded to a promised issue at the time of the sale (providing a 2nd key) that was supposed to be done the week after I bought the vehicle . I was then forced to visit the dealer face to face on Saturday, got a promise that I would get a call on Monday, that came and went. Sold me the car then I dropped off the face of the earth as far as they are concerned. I'm frustrated and disappointed. More

Anthony went above and beyond to have the work covered by Ford. I rated Colonial as a three star because it's VERY difficult to get someone to answer the phone.
