Left service department crying as I have for 30 years. The receptionist must see this a lot because she had her box of tissue extended over her desk so I could reach one on my way out. I spend thousand The receptionist must see this a lot because she had her box of tissue extended over her desk so I could reach one on my way out. I spend thousands and drive out of there with all warnings lights on and yes, the initial light I brought it in for, still on! I go back, sit 3 hours after being told "I got you." And then I listen to a million excuses and leave crying wishing I was a big man instead of an old disabled woman and beat the crap out of all of them, and yes, all lights are on. Service mechanic actually told me to put tape over the lights! P.S. They had the vehicle for 3 days the first time I brought it in. More

I can not say enough about Anthony's professionalism and his respect for his customers. He always makes you feel that your concerns and your car are the most import part of the day. His attention to detail his respect for his customers. He always makes you feel that your concerns and your car are the most import part of the day. His attention to detail is amazing and he keeps you up to date on where you are in your service appointment that is how far along you are. Also he lets you know right away if another issue has cropped up and if it could be taken care of that day. Colonial Ford is indeed very fortunate to have Anthony as part of its service team. More
