Anthony provided me immediate information regarding the repairs I needed, cost and time frame of completion. Upon finishing my repair he called and offered to bring it to the hospital so I wouldn't have t repairs I needed, cost and time frame of completion. . I was originally told it would be 2 days to repair my car. I called 2 days later (Saturday) and then was informed that it was 2 days just to ship the parts. I called Monday at 145 and was told Ernesto car. I called 2 days later (Saturday) and then was informed that it was 2 days just to ship the parts. I called Monday at 145 and was told Ernesto wasn’t at his desk and that he would call me back shortly. 3 hours later I called back again as I didn’t hear back from anyone. Got a status update that my car might, might, be done on Tuesday. I did finally get a call on Tuesday saying the car was done. Never got a “hey sorry” “sorry for the miscommunication” “sorry for the inconvenience of being without a car for almost 5 days. Needless to say it was not a great experience this time. More
