I was surprised at the long wait for an inspection sticker and a couple of repairs. Maybe the repairs are what took so long …… I don’t know ….. nobody kept me informed …… however I was pleased at the sticker and a couple of repairs. Definitely an amazing experience. I had no expectations of getting my car back the first day after dropping it off - but they did several recalls on my car super quick!! The staff is I had no expectations of getting my car back the first day after dropping it off - but they did several recalls on my car super quick!! The staff is very kind the man that helped me was amazing , you can’t get quality service like this anywhere most days. I would surely recommend this ford in Plymouth to friends who need their fords touched up or friends and family looking to buy a car. I can’t say enough how quick easy and kind the process was.
