I had taken my vehicle in for an issue with my transmission and spoke with Kevin Cowden in the Service Department. He arranged for the shop foreman to come on a drive with me so I could have him w transmission and spoke with Kevin Cowden in the Service Department. He arranged for the shop foreman to come on a drive with me so I could have him witness the issue I was having. After the drive the foreman assured me the issue could be resolved. Mr Cowden arranged an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. I received a call back informing me that the service had been completed and the issue was in fact resolved. I returned to the dealership and picked my vehicle. I found the issue no longer present and the transmission issue had been resolved. I want to thank Mr Cowden and the foreman for their assistance in this matter. More
