the parts department is great love the employees they are amazing. Anthony was great. he did his best to help me. But you service people did some nice work but i wanted a sticker ye amazing. But you service people did some nice work but i wanted a sticker yes, they did some nice work, but they didn't find everything, and they told the brakes were to the floor and they were nowhere near, and they didn't get me a sticker that was disappointing. Parts department is great, and all ways taken care of me there the best. More

I usually give this center a 5. The last time I was there I was disappointed with the fee to plug into the OBD2 port. I asked about a gas gauge issue and was $200 for them just scan The last time I was there I was disappointed with the fee to plug into the OBD2 port. I asked about a gas gauge issue and was $200 for them just scan the truck. If I knew it was going to be that much money I would not have done it. The only reason the score is 4 stars is do to my past experience with them. I responded to an email sent to me about my experience and did not get any reply to that. I may not bring my truck back there. My wife and I have purchased two cars from this dealer, and had good experiences with that. My wife likes to have her vehicle serviced there so they have records of it. More

Was on the highway when I had a problem. Colonial Ford was the closest Ford dealership. Went there the fixed the problem and got us back on the road in about 30 minutes.
