Sales, Service and Warranty I purchased my vehicle from Art at another dealership a few years back, and we followed him to Colonial and even purchased another vehicle from him at I purchased my vehicle from Art at another dealership a few years back, and we followed him to Colonial and even purchased another vehicle from him at Colonial. My last visit was for my 50,000 mile check up, Anthony the service advisor was so courteous and helpful. Before doing any work on my vehicle he explained all and also gave me information about rebates. the waiting room was comfortable with a television and even toys for the kids to play with. I visited with Art in the showroom, where he helped review my warranty, which led to not only, Anthony but Mark, the body shop manager helping me make sure my warranty issue was resolved. I received my vehicle back in tip top condition, thanks to Shawn, the service technician. This dealership is not what a typical dealership is known for. I extremely recommend Colonial Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or service their current vehicle. More

I finally found a service center I can trust! I I finally found a service center I can trust! I purchsed a used Focus a few months ago, knowing that some work needed to get done. When I took it I finally found a service center I can trust! I purchsed a used Focus a few months ago, knowing that some work needed to get done. When I took it to a local mechanic for diagnostics, the list of work that they claimed my car needed was lenghty, and something just didn't seem right. I decided to take it to an authorized Ford dealer (Colonial) to get a second opinion. I didn't tell Colonial what the local guy said.. Long story short, my local mechanic was full of crap and trying to take me, my car, and my checkbook for a ride. Some basic work was done on my car and with the money these guys saved me, I was able to apply it to some additional service (on my brakes) that one of the managers (Joe i think?) suggested, but didn't pressure me into. When I picked the car up, the mechanic and the manager kinda gave me a timeline of other things that I should consider for the future. Again, with no pressure. These guys now have a permanent customer. I am an ESL college student with lots of friends (who drive used cars) that simply can't afford bull**** diagnostics. Moving forward, If anyone asks "do you know any mechanics I can trust?", Colonial Ford will be my response. I am so glad i trusted my gut instinct! Side note: They're all really friendly.. and easy on the eyes. More

Good group of people here. My truck is in and out of this place in a timely manor for regular service. If I decide to not stay with Ford, I would continue to come here for oil, brakes, trans, tires... e this place in a timely manor for regular service. I have a money pit of a Chrysler that my husband insists on keeping until the kids are done beating the crap out of it. I am the proud owner of a Crimson Red 2008 Ford Escape Limited 4WD 3.0 L V-6. Although I did not purchase the vehicle with colonial ford, the service technician Peter LaGrunta was extremely knowledgeable, Limited 4WD 3.0 L V-6. Although I did not purchase the vehicle with colonial ford, the service technician Peter LaGrunta was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and pleasant upon arrival of my truck. As a whole, the entire staff was extremely gracious and polite. I'm not one to name competitors but other dealerships I have visited did not take the time to answer my questions to the best of the ability like the employees at Colonial Ford did. VColonial ford made me feel like a valued client and they treated me like gold. My Colonial Ford experience was fantastic! Believe it or not, I only had one thing done to my vehicle. I had my keypad on the truck engaged for roughly $50.00. After paying, Peter said to come see him. He walked me out and made sure I completely understood how to use the wonderful "keyless" entry system in my escape and was pleasant both on the phone and upon arrival. Nice waiting room for my 15 month old son, overall my experience was unmatched, and when the time is right, I will return and purchase from this dealership. A+++++ THANK YOU!! More
