it was my first time purchasing a car all on my own with no co signer when i arrived i really was only going to test d. Chris was very good at anwsering any questions i had. I was very nervous i wasnt going to get approved but whne he said you can drive it home tonight i was so happy they have a bell in there so when someone buys a car they ring it he let my two children ring it so it made all of us a part of the process. Shane the financial advisor was awesome too. They all had confidence in me to be able to purchase a vehicle and i did what a great dealership this is.!!!!!!! More

I received the works, the washing and vacuuming. Also lube oil tire rotation with inspection. The inspection by Peter LaGruta, technician. Found the tires appeared to have some wear not consistent. He had let Fred Defeo know, who called me and explained the situation. He recommended the "road handling package" service. Road force balance and alignment. I was skeptical at first, and decided that they know their product. I was surprised at how much smoother my truck road. I hadn't thought their was nothing wrong. Thanks guys! More

My husband and and I drove a Ford Edge last weekend and we really liked it. We took our 2003 Ford Windstar into Colonial Ford for servicing today and left with the 2011 Ford Edge. The reason I am giving Co we really liked it. We took our 2003 Ford Windstar into Colonial Ford for servicing today and left with the 2011 Ford Edge. The reason I am giving Corey Hines and this dealership such a great review is that my husband and I had no intention of leaving the mini van behind today and driving out with a new(used) Ford Edge. This dealership pulled out all the stops when it came to customer service. Number one being that our van would not be ready for us when we needed it so they offered to get us a rental car. Corey knew we were interested in the Edge and he wanted to make sure we left the dealership with a new car. He had someone go look at our Windstar to give us a price. He put it right to us...what do I need to do to get you into that Ford? We told him and he and his co-workers did exactly what needed to be done to get us in that vehicle. Corey was very pleasant to talk to while we waited for things to go through. We understood the bottom line, he needed to sell a car and we needed a new(used) car. The atmosphere at Ford was relaxed, there was no pressure. In my lifetime of driving I have driven a Ford Thunderbird, a Ford Taurus Station wagon(12 years) and a Ford Windstar(9 yrs). I contacted the dealership on the internet. Was given the phone number and contact person's name to call. I described what I was looking for and they told me that they could get what I wanted. Went to the phone number and contact person's name to call. I described what I was looking for and they told me that they could get what I wanted. Went to the dealership and met with Dell and Bob. An hour later we had purchased the car we wanted at a reasonable price without a lot of pressure or unnecessary haggling. Altogether a positive experience. More
