I highly recommend this dealership to anybody who wants an easy going and fair experience buying a car. It's been hard for me to find the right car to fit in my tight budget, but the car salesman, Jake helped me find the perfect car, that was safe for both my daughter and I. He was not pushy at all,and I felt as though he listened to exactly what I wanted, and really wanted to find me the best deal he could. I also met with the manager, Sean who was very friendly, and basically reassured me about everything Jake had said to me. Which again, made me feel very comfortable buying this car. Also, while doing the finances on the car, Frank was very helpful to me and answered all of the questions that I had about my loan,.And when I said I needed an extra night to sleep on it to make sure I was doing the right thing he was very understanding and not pushy at all. He stated he didn't want me to sign any thing that I wasn't comfortable with, which was reassuring because I could tell he really cared . As a whole, the entire staff was extremely gracious and polite. I'm not one to name competitors but other dealerships I have visited did not take the time to answer my questions to the best of the ability like the employees at Colonial Ford did. VColonial ford made me feel like a valued client and they treated me like gold. My Colonial Ford experience was fantastic! Believe it or not, I only had one thing done to my vehicle. I had my keypad on the truck engaged for roughly $50.00. After paying, Peter said to come see him. He walked me out and made sure I completely understood how to use the wonderful "keyless" entry system in my escape and was pleasant both on the phone and upon arrival.
