Buying a New Car My mother was in the market for a new car and we were referred to Colonial Ford by a family friend. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by Art Guertin and sat down and explained to him exactly what my mother was looking for. He immediately showed us three cars that met our need (Ford Fusions). He explained thoroughly everything about the cars and we finally decided on one. We processed the paperwork with him and before you knew it we had the car and the price we were looking for. It was definitely a pleasurable experience and we were not pressured into to anything we did not want. On several occasions mom has needed to call for questions about the car and always got prompt service and answers to specific questions. First service appointment for Ford Fusion We arrived for my cars first scheduled service appointment at 10:30 and was greeted by Anthony Cristiani and I explained to him a few things that I fo We arrived for my cars first scheduled service appointment at 10:30 and was greeted by Anthony Cristiani and I explained to him a few things that I found needed work on the car he promptly followed me outside so I could show him. He listened intently and looked and said no problem. Then we went back inside and I explained to him that my Bluetooth was not working or I just did not know how to work it yet, he said no problem he would check into it and show me how to work it after service was done to the car. Around 12:00 Anthony came and said my care was almost done and then they would vacuum and wash it. 2:00pm Anthony came and said my car was ready, and that Peter was going to help out with the Bluetooth because he was the "Expert". It came to be after several attempts Peter stated, I would have to bring the car back because he needed download the update from Ford for the Bluetooth. Both Peter and Anthony were very attentive and explained everything that was done to my car and I left with a good feeling. Thank you, Judith L Graham More

Sales, Service and Warranty I purchased my vehicle from Art at another dealership a few years back, and we followed him to Colonial and even purchased another vehicle from him at I purchased my vehicle from Art at another dealership a few years back, and we followed him to Colonial and even purchased another vehicle from him at Colonial. My last visit was for my 50,000 mile check up, Anthony the service advisor was so courteous and helpful. Before doing any work on my vehicle he explained all and also gave me information about rebates. the waiting room was comfortable with a television and even toys for the kids to play with. I visited with Art in the showroom, where he helped review my warranty, which led to not only, Anthony but Mark, the body shop manager helping me make sure my warranty issue was resolved. I received my vehicle back in tip top condition, thanks to Shawn, the service technician. This dealership is not what a typical dealership is known for. I extremely recommend Colonial Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle or service their current vehicle. More
