Best Customer Service! I have to say this was the easiest and the most stress free purchase my husband and I ever experienced. We went looking for our Son to get him into his first car purchase to establish credit and get a safer and better vehicle for him. John Collas immediately knew what truck to bring out and show my son after speaking with him about his needs. It was a newer and a better price than we had expected him to be able to purchase. Needless to say we were elated as my son was in the car within 24 hrs. John came in on his day off to see my son drive away in his pre owned but brand new looking truck. It was spotless and detailed to perfection. Shane Conroy oversaw the financing end with my son and was nothing but professional. We have lived in the area for over 14 years and have always gone to another dealership that we always felt pressured and drove away with a feeling of "did we do the right thing"? Best experience My father and I recently had the best experience we have ever had while purchasing a car. This experience was at Colonial Ford in Plymouth. Neither of us have ever seen such a friendly group of salesmen before. We spent most of our time working with Jake Eldridge (who was very professional), which was a great help. Jake was very patient with my father and I (which is tough to do considering we are both very needy people). We finalized the purchase of my 2014 ford focus with Dell, Frank, and Shayne. They were also very helpful. Unfortunately, a week after purchasing my car, I got into a car accident which resulted in a total loss. Nevertheless, my father and I went back to Colonial Ford and just like our first experience, Jake helped us again. He ended up finding me an identical twin to my first car and helped us finalize our deal for the second time. Overall, my father an I were more than pleased with our first encounter at Colonial Ford in Plymouth. The customer service was fantastic and Jake was a major help in getting me into the right car.
