John was explained all the features and options available & quickly had our car appraised. My husband & John went over all the figures without the typical back & forth to the Mgr. The 2nd was when we said we wanted to go home & talk about it over night, there was no aggressive pushiness to close a deal right away. The 3rd was my husband's experience with Dell, the Sales Mgr about our trade. They quickly agreed on the numbers. 4th, the Finance Mgr Shane had the paperwork ready & closing deal was not a long drawn out process. 5th, we thought we'd have to come back to exchange our trade, but John had the new car detailed, plates switched & all set to go. This was the easiest car/truck purchase we've ever made. My husband has wanted me to get a new car for a while, but I kept dragging my feet. Now I'm wondering why we didn't go to Colonial Ford sooner! I'd send anyone to John. First impressions count. More

An informative and extremely helpful John Collas was there for me today. He listened to my description of the preferred vehicle I was looking for and all the extras I wanted included. John took me for a test drive in a new Ford Escape, reviewing all the many loaded and computerized features of the car, before I got behind the wheel. I found this very important and informative, as complicated as the new vehicles seem. (my trade in was a 2003!) A lot has changed since then, but I was ready to go after he put me to ease about everything. I am very thankful for all the staff who helped me today, and for all their time and commitment. I submitted a request over the internet, and after a few emails back and forth with Winston, I decided to visit the dealership. Art arranged for a test drive and made sure that all my questions were answered. He's very knowledgable about the options and accessories, and knows the "MySync" system well. After some negotiating with the sales manager, Dell, we arrived at a fair price. I came back a few hours later to take delivery, and found the vehicle very nicely detailed and ready for me to drive home. I sat with Shane to finalize the paperwork and settle up. All went very smoothly, and made for a pleasant transaction overall. I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from Colonial! More
