Brought my car in for a routine maintenance. Simple oil change and a tire rotation. Left the shop, car started making noises it wasn't making before. I repeatedly called and left voicemail after voice mail with the service center. Eventually gave up playing phone tag with them. Went in again for an oil change brought up the noises to them. They claimed they didn't hear anything on our loop around the block with the mechanic. Brianna came back out to tell me as they were bringing the car into the garage they heard the sounds I was telling them about. Nothing needed to be replaced after looking at it. They told me it could be some coil peice that could be why it was clanking. I told them don't bother, 3 hours later the car was ready for pick up and I walked out spending 244$ on a oil change with zero answers to a problem they caused from my last visit to this dealership. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. Cannot trust them and all they care about is ripping you off at the customers expense. Terrible! More

Service advisor Fabio rude and should not work with public. Tried to charge me for warranty work. 169$ to tape up a harness that had cut tape wrap from factory.
