Friendly, attentive, caring, supportive, involved However, i do not believe they were truly interested in resolving my issue I came in for a Blind Side fault indicator They ran a diagnostic $20 However, i do not believe they were truly interested in resolving my issue I came in for a Blind Side fault indicator They ran a diagnostic $200 I was told the part cost $2,700.00 and the part was back ordered. They didn’t know when or if they could get the part I did my own research once i knew what the part i needed was. I went to another Ford dealership and they said the part was $600.00 and they would call me when the part was in Now that is an amazing difference. Ernesto was my adviser. Did not do a good job keeping me informed. Would not call back when he said he would.
