I wanted a New Ford Edge with very specific options. I could not find an Edge with what I wanted. Other dealers kept trying to sell me what was on the lot. He listened to me and suggested that I order a car, and get exactly what I want. We did it all over the phone and by E-mail. I only had to make one trip to the dealership to do paperwork. Chris was selling another car when I arrived, and the General Manager, Sean McCarthy, took time with me and explained everything while I waited for Chris.
