Colonial Ford of Plymouth

My husband and I specifically went to Colonial Ford because we use their Service Department for both our Ford vehicles even though we did not purchase them at Colonial. Their service department is great, I usually deal with Mr. Joe Murphy who explains everything that is going on and also makes sure I get the right discounts if applicable. We have been looking to trade our 2011 base Ford Explorer for another that has 4X4. We explained to Mr. John Collas that we weren't happy with the experience at the previous dealer we purchased our Explorer from and felt like we "settled" for the base model, when we should have shopped around. Mr. Collas ran some numbers, gave us options, but I was set on my specific vehicle and he understood, wasn't pushy, and was able to find us a used Explorer which had more features than the 4X4 I was looking for. We expressed our concerns over mileage and in turn were offered a Ford Certified Warranty. Mr. Dell Roderick also stepped in and worked with us to get a better trade value, better rate and explained everything in detail, asked us what we would like to see happen in order for us to walk away with the car, and that if it wouldn't work out, it wouldn't work out, BUT they were both able to make it happen. It's a beautiful SUV. More

I took my car in for service on a check engine light. I looked up the most favored Ford dealerships in south east Mass. Plymouth rated very high. Via email, I told them what I was looking for, and they found me a couple of choices right away. I got it for very good price, and I made the purchase. It was the easiest, least stressful car-buying experience I ever had, and I'm 70 years old, so I'm not new to the game.
