After a long winded search for the right car I ended up at Ford Colonial for the vehicle I purchased while visiting family in the Plymouth Area. What a difference from another Ford dealership! The Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) f Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) for $250. The Hyannis dealership estimated more than six hours for the job. They did the job so fast I also had them to other routine service work and I was out of there in three hours. After going to the Hyannis Ford dealership three times -- and never getting service due to time delays -- it was a pleasure to deal with people who respected my time... and didn't try to treat me as a open checkbook. More

Mark Johnston at Colonial's collision center was awesome to deal with. Not only was he friendly and patient with us after my son's accident but his quality of work was unbelievable making the car lo awesome to deal with. Mr. Guertin took the time to find EXACTLY what I wanted. He delivered the car to my house and explained each and every option. I brought the car in today for a sticker. I was greeted by Mr. Guertin. He took car of my car and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. When the car was finished, Mr DeFeo came to tell me and walked me to the car. If you are thinking of buying a new car, Colonial Ford is the place to go. We will be back! More
