My experience at colonial ford was great. I had gone to a few other dealerships and did not feel the same level of professionalism and care. I have to say that the dealership facility could use some renovati few other dealerships and did not feel the same level of professionalism and care. My wife and I were wandering throught the lot looking at cars, when Chris came over, greeted us and introduced himself. We talked for a while about pricing and options. We felt very comfortable talking to Chris, no pressure , no running back and forth to the manager no " this car may not be here tomorrow" . The numbers he gave us at the start were the numbers we ended up with(well within our budget). As I mentioned to Chris its been a long time since we left a car dealership not feeling pressured.
