Friendly Staff and great service I went into colonial ford to look at a ford explorer that I saw online, however when i arrived it had already been sold. I dealt with Art Guertin who I went into colonial ford to look at a ford explorer that I saw online, however when i arrived it had already been sold. I dealt with Art Guertin who greated me warmly at the door and offered to show me a few other vehicles they had on the lot. I ended up buying a 2011 GMC Arcadia; Art was very informative with the vehicles i looked at, i feel in love with this car. We worked out the numbers and I drove the car home that evening. Dell Roderick was also helpful in financing for me, he worked very hard. they gave me a good deal on my trade in as well. I am very pleased with my car, it's the perfect fit for me. I would recommend them highly! Thanks again Colonial Ford and especially to Art and Dell - also Shane Conroy was awesome. thanks again guys i will send folks your way!! More
Great car buying experience with salesman Jake Eldredge! A little over a month ago I was in the market to buy a Ford Explorer. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Salesman Jake Eldridge the moment I walked t A little over a month ago I was in the market to buy a Ford Explorer. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Salesman Jake Eldridge the moment I walked through the door. From the moment we sat down he genuinely had my best interest in mind, he searched for vehicles and crunched numbers to try to get me the car that I wanted in my price range. I ended up buying a 2012 Ford Explorer, my only complaint about the car were the worn/wrinkled look of the leather on the front seats. At the mention of that Jake went above and beyond to see if they could be replaced at no extra cost to me. I was able to take the car home to enjoy until the seats could be done a few weeks later. Over that time Jake called numerous times to update me on the status of the leather being sent over and when exactly it would be done. The leather was later replaced (within 3 weeks of purchase like promised!) and the seats look brand new! I can not rave enough about salesperson Jake Eldredge. If you are lucky enough to see Jake sitting at his desk when you walk through the door (right to the left!) he's your go to guy. I am not one to ever take the time to write a review, but I could not say enough about how enjoyable and easy Jake made my car buying process, he was not pushy at all and really paid attention to what I wanted and did not try to sell me on something else as many other car salespeople do. More

We just traded the car yesterday. If it wasn't for the all the guys at the Service Department, we would probably not buy a Ford again (we bought a Fusion again at Colonial Ford, #5). We probably dealt with everyone at the Service Department after 8 or 9 times going back, so thank you to all of you John, Joe, Mike, Jason, etc. The customer service is excellent and we are just grateful for your patience, empathy and willingness to find a solution for us. I have dealt with almost all departments and have been very happy with their customer service they provide working hard to accommodate the customer. Joe and all in the service department, Mark in the autobody shop, Domenic in sales on my first two cars, John in sales on my third car, once again, worked hard along with Dell, Sales Mgr. and Shane, finance mgr all worked to accommodate me to be a happy customer. You all genuinely care.:) More
beware bought a 2009 flex,,nothing but issues, told it was a pre own certified ford, found out not in system as such, told I had a 30 day warranty, I had b bought a 2009 flex,,nothing but issues, told it was a pre own certified ford, found out not in system as such, told I had a 30 day warranty, I had brakes issues, tie rod issues and rear differential issues all within 36 days of purchase, dell is rude, intimidating and a bully, this dealership did not stand behind this car at all, when dell told me " you drove it off the lot fine", I knew something was up, i had a lemon, and colonial ford wanted to wash their hands of it and me, i couldn't believe they just slapped a sticker on it and sent me on my way, had it checked out with jannell ford in hanover, and found out the lemon has had extensive body work as well, when i called and asked to talk to person in charge cuz i had a complaint,,i had to go thru 5 people and still didn't get the proper person, i called back and asked to talk to the owner i got sean McCarthy the general mgr, so he said, i am out $1200 for repairs made in 36 days after purchase, they may seem like they care about the customer, but really don't, don't go there, your life is more important, go to jannell ford in hanover,,, More
