Great Service and a Great Car! I was initially reluctant to go see a car at Colonial because they are 30 miles from my home and I anticipated that the distance might be a hassle wit I was initially reluctant to go see a car at Colonial because they are 30 miles from my home and I anticipated that the distance might be a hassle with having to go back and forth a bunch of times doing paperwork, dealing with insurance and the registry, etc. Boy was I pleasantly wrong!! My salesman, Drew Firestone, took care of EVERYTHING for me! I went in for the test drive, instantly fell in love with the car, and decided to buy. We did the paperwork right then (even though it was closing time, they stayed late for me!). I went home, made a couple of necessary phone calls on my end and that was it. I went back in a couple of days, walked through the door and Drew handed me my keys! The car I purchased is awesome! It is a 2012 and Colonial did such a fantastic job with the detailing that everyone that sees it remarks that it looks like brand new! It really sparkles inside and out! I looked at cars around the same year at other dealerships and this was not the case, very little, if any, cleanup had been done. It's this kind of attention to detail that shows Colonial Ford has pride in their products and that they know even when their customers are buying a used car, they want that "new car feeling," which is exactly what I got with my experience at Colonial Ford! More

Excellent Experience We were looking to purchase a larger car and had settled on an explorer or pilot. Went to Colonial Ford and sat with George Andruk. There was no pressure to buy a car and he took the time to explain the features of the explorer. We left saying we weren't sure and were looking at other cars. He didn't pressure us to make a decision. We met with George again the next day and ended up buying an explorer. Would recommend George, Shane & Frank and would recommend family/friends to visit Colonial Ford. More

I HAVE READ MANY OF THE REVIEWS POSTED BY COLONIAL FOR I WON'T MENTION MY SALES PERSONS NAME BECAUSE I KNOW SALESMEN HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PRICING. I HAVE READ MANY OF THE REVIEWS POSTED BY COLONIAL FORD AND FIND THEM TO BE SUSPECT. MY EXPERIENCE ON 8-29-2015 WAS ONE OF THE MOST INSULTING MOMENTS I HAVE SPENT AT ANY DEALERSHIP. IN A NUT SHELL, COLONIAL WAS WILLING TO SELL ME A 2016 BASE EXPLORER LISTED AT $34,000 IN EXCHANGE FOR A 2014 TAURUS LIMITED, A 2008 CORVETTE AND $43,000. JESSE JAMES WOULD HAVE BEEN PROUD TO HAVE COLONIAL ON HIS SIDE. More

Friendly and Easy I had a perfect experience with Colonial. My sales associate was Drew Firestone. He was friendly, calm, to-the-point, and very knowledgeable about use I had a perfect experience with Colonial. My sales associate was Drew Firestone. He was friendly, calm, to-the-point, and very knowledgeable about used cars. He was always available when we needed him. They were very generous with the price and came down considerably just to make us happy. They made sure the car was perfect before selling it to us: they cleaned it, put on new tires, gave it an alignment, and filled the tank. Drew even offered to help me to touch up the few chips in the paint on the hood. --I might take him up on it-- Overall, my first car-buying process was super easy and not at all stressful like I had expected. Kudos to Drew, Frank Maund --the financing guy who got us a great loan-- and the whole Colonial crew. I will be going back to my hometown dealership many times in the future. More

A Happy car buyer Art Guertin is by definition a perfectionist in his trade, ie: SalesPerson for Colonial Ford. For me, buying a car is more than difficult, I dread Art Guertin is by definition a perfectionist in his trade, ie: SalesPerson for Colonial Ford. For me, buying a car is more than difficult, I dread it. When my 10 year old FordHybrid lost power steering, I had to make a decision. That automobile served me well for 10years. Triple A towed it to Colonial Ford for repair.....or not. I met Art, being a retired Customer Service trainer, I immedialtely recognized his talent, professionalism, calming attitude and trusted he would understand my circumstance. He did.
