Wonderful Sale of a Ford Fiesta at Colonial Ford We checked car dealerships on line to find a Ford that would permit towing by a motorhome. We came across Colonial Ford of Plymouth, spoke to Art Guertin, set up a time to visit, (he went in on his day off) We took the Fiesta out for a test drive, and upon return made the decision to purchase it. Al's service was very professional, he explained in detail all the necessary elements of the paper work, and warranties, and made the delivery of the vehicle beyond easy. We live on an island, so pick up is not always available, and Al had our vehicle delivered to our motorhome. We will use Colonal Ford in tge future for any purchases, and will highly recommend to our friends. More

My wife buys a car I was away in Maine when my wife decided to trade-in her Mazda for a new Ford Edge. The people at Colonial Ford of Plymouth were very courteous and very helpful. She was not pressured in the least and felt entire sales team made her buying experience an enjoyment. They gave her the car to test drive for the weekend and upon my return on Monday, we both retuned to the dealership. I also felt "at-ease" with the sales team. Buying a new car is usually not a pleasant experience but I was also thanked for my 36 years of military service in the U.S. Marine Corps with a "military discount" and a sincere "thank-you for your service". I would recommend this dealer to any and all my friends. My wife did all her research and Colonial Ford was the best of the four Ford dealers she had visited. Always a wonderful experience! I purchased a car from Colonial Ford in 2014 and it was a great experience. I just recently brought that car to the collision center and had told the I purchased a car from Colonial Ford in 2014 and it was a great experience. I just recently brought that car to the collision center and had told the gentleman who was there when we dropped it off that I wanted to trade it in but I just didn't think they would be able to make it work for me. To my surprise, he had passed that on to his manager who in turn, went to the Sales Manager. A few days later I received a phone call from the salesman who sold me the car originally. I told him I was doubtful that they could make it work for me, but I told him the three different makes of vehicles I was interested in, plus all of my requirements for the vehicle. He called me the next day and said someone had just traded in the exact vehicle I had requested. Needless to say they helped me trade in my car which I had a strong desire to get rid of, and found me the perfect car. Two things that have particularly stood out to me about Colonial Ford is their honesty and integrity. There have been two times where they promised me something (even though it was probably small and meaningless to them), both times they came through with their promise. I would highly recommend going to Colonial. Even if you dont think they have what you are looking for, I am sure they can find it as they did for me both times (the first time they found it at an auction in NY for me). I also love their service department. I have been in there numerous times for general maintenance and Joe is always kind, friendly, and understanding! More
