When I first went to Colonial Ford I was specifically going to look at a car I saw online. I was hoping to go there walk around the cars and get out before a "pushy" sales person tried to talk to me as I going to look at a car I saw online. Jake Eldredge came outside to assist me and he was anything but pushy. From beginning to end he really listened to my thoughts, concerns, and needs. He was very patient with me while I tried to figure out what decision was best for myself. He was constantly providing any information I needed and answering all questions I had. Jake went above and beyond any expectations I had of a sales person. I could really tell that he loves his job and wants to make sure his customers are happy which is very important.
